We are newly established Mining Company in Indonesia.
We look for suitable candidate who can fill the position as below:

1. KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG (Code: KTT)

Qualifications:

1. Age maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
3. Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer or geology
4. Posses POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) certificate
5. Fluent in English both oral & written
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Create Good Mining Practice
8. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
9. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
10. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
11. To be located in unremote area, with rotation schedule

2. GEOLOGIST (Code: GEO)

Qualifications:

1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mineral exploration
3. Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of geology
4. Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet
5. Able to use mining software (Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCAD, GPS Mapper)
6. Able to make a progress repot of exploration
7. Able to identify surface structure, rock base and geological structure
8. Good physical health and able to work in a team
9. To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule

3. PRODUCTION/OPERATION SUPERVISOR (Code: PROD)

Qualifications:

1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company
3. Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
4. Minimum posses POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
5. Fluent in English both oral & written
6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
7. Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
8. Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure
9. Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
10. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
11. To be located in unremote area, with rotation schedule

4. METALLURGIST (Code: METAL)

Qualifications:

1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in related field, preferably from mining company
3. Minimum Bachelor degree from faculty of metallurgy from reputable university
4. Fluent in English both oral & written
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
6. Able to set up mining production system, including equipment, Standard Operation Procedure, Work Instruction, cycle time, man power, etc
7. Able to develop efficient mining production system
8. Well understanding about Safety / K3 procedure
9. To be located in unremote area, with rotation schedule

5. PURCHASING STAFF (Code: PURCHASE)

Qualifications:

1. Male, age maximum 30 years old
2. Minimum D3 degree from any major from reputable university
3. Minimum 2 (two) years experience in related field, preferably from mining or heavy equipment company
4. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
5. Well understanding about purchasing matters such as: purchase order, price comparison, quality supply part and make a link/connection to supplier
6. Fluent in English both oral & written. Fluent in Mandarin will be advantage
7. Good skill in negotiating, persuading and maintaining harmonious relationship with supplier
8. Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
9. Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest
10. To be located in unremote area, with rotation schedule

6. SAFETY OFFICER / SUPERVISOR (Code: SAFETY)

Qualifications:

1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 4 (four) years experience as safety officer in mining industry
3. Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / industrial engineering / public health / environment engineering
4. Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) / K3 is preferred
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
6. Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
7. Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
8. Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
9. Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
10. To be located in unremote area, with rotation schedule

7. HRD SUPERVISOR (Code: HRD)

Qualifications:

1. Age maximum 40 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in related field, preferably from mining or plantation company
3. Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of law or psychology
4. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
5. Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance appraisal, organization development and human resource information system (HRMS)
6. Good understanding about law labor
7. To be located in unremote area, with rotation schedule

8. ENVIRONMENT FOREMAN / SUPERVISOR (Code: ENVIRO)

Qualifications:

1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in related field, preferably from mining industry
3. Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of forestry / agriculture / environmental engineer
4. Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet
5. Good knowledge about nursery, waste management and mining reclamation
6. Good knowledge about HSE / K3 in mining company
7. To be located in unremote area, with rotation schedule

9. MINE PLAN ENGINEER (Code: MPE)

Qualifications:

1. Male, age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
3. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company
4. Fluent in English both oral & written
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
6. Capable of operating mining software such as Surpac, Microlink, AutoCAD
7. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
8. Good understanding about Safety / K3 procedure
9. To be located in unremote area, with rotation schedule

10. IT-SOFTWARE ENGINEER (Code: IT)

Qualifications:

1. Age maximum 30 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in software development
3. Minimum Bachelor degree from faculty of computer science / information technology, preferably from reputable university
4. Good command in English
5. Object-Oriented Programming exposure
6. Knowledge of setting up of Web Servers, Application Servers, Java applications, Database is an advantage
7. Proficiency in Java and PHP
8. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates
9. Motivated self-starter who likes working on fast-paced projects
10. To be located in HO Jakarta
