PT. Nusa Halmahera Minerals is a gold mining and exploration company, operating a COW on Halmahera Island, North Maluku. The company is a joint venture between Newcrest Mining Limited (82.5%) and PT Aneka Tambang (17.5%).
The company has vacant position for Electrical Training Officer and Elect/Instrument Technician at Gosowong - North Halmahera, North Maluku with working roster 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

The successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

Electrical Training Officer

• Min. of a valid Electrical Trade License (Australian)
• Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
• Appropriate Technical Training Experience
• Proven Industrial and Mining Experience (Min. 10 years)
• ANZ Electrical Regulations
• Have excellent OHSE record and be knowledgeable of current Safe Working Practices
• High level of interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Working experience with Allen Bradley PLC s Citect HMI Hardware and software would be an advantage

Elect/Instrument Technician

• Min. Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Hold instrumentation training certificate from recognize body
• Min. five year experience in the installation, maintenance and overhaul of electrical, pneumatic and instrumentation
• Familiar with Electrical, Instrumentation and Safety standard regulation
• Experience in latest Allen Bradley PLC, Citect HMI control system hardware and software
• Good command of English both written and spoken
