PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara (PT NNT) operates the Batu Hijau copper gold mine in West Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB). The Company is inviting skilled, trained, highly committed and dedicated Indonesian professionals to be part of our team in Sumbawa for the position;

ENV0142 – MANAGER - ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS

Responsibility:
Manage & coach the compliance, reclamation, monitoring, and business planning functions of the Environment Department in accordance with the commitments specified in the Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans, Corporate/Regional objectives and all applicable Government of Indonesia regulatory and permit obligations. Accountable for the execution of plans/projects in each of these functions and responsible for the training and development of senior staff.

Qualification:
• Minimum of a 4-year college degree in environmental and/or science related field.
• Ten (10) years experience in program development to collect data pertaining to regulatory monitoring requirements with an emphasis in regulatory programs within the mining industry.
• Experienced in environmental compliance and management within the mining (similar) industry.
• Experienced in conducting multiple media environmental sampling and monitoring.
• Management and supervisory experience with emphasis on training, staff development, and budgetary management.
• Strong oral and technical written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, strong leadership, team building, and interpersonal skills.

ISY0115 - SPECIALIST - PHONE COMMUNICATION

Qualification:
• Degree (S1) in Computer Science/ Information Systems or equivalent.
• Experience with telephone systems and installation.
• Intermediary level of skill in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge and skills in customer service.

ISY0144 - JUNIOR PROGRAMMER

Qualification:
• B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as programmer.
• Fluency in English language is essential and knowledge of Indonesian language is desirable.

ISY0039 – SR. SYSTEM - ANALYST

Qualification:
• B.S. (S1) in Computer Science or related field with 10 years experiences managing major application projects.
• Experience in application development lifecycle.
• Good knowledge about enterprise software and SOA Including Biztaik 2010 and Sharepoint 2010.
• Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems.
• Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form.
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English language is essential and knowledge of Indonesian language is desirable.

ISY0017 - SPECIALIST - COMPUTER HARDWARE SUPPORT

Qualification:
• Tertiary education (Bachelor Degree) in Computer Science/IT/Engineering.
• Three to five years of experience in IT operation support related position, preferably in a large IT industry.
• Good knowledge of IT Project Management and Project Management Framework.
• Strong knowledge of Networking Technologies, Network Architecture, Network Protocols, Network Layers, Internet, Intranet, Proxy Server, SNMP, DHCP, DNS and Email Systems.
• Strong team leadership skill. Ability to communicate, motivate and supervise staffs.
• Ability to cope and thrive in high pressure and deadline oriented project environment.
• Experience in planning, strategy, and business process and methodology development.
• Ability to clearly communicate concepts, ideas end think strategically.
• Strong results orientation, high energy focus with good business judgment.
• Excellent oral and written presentation and communication.
• Must have good English fluency in communication and writing.

Qualification:

• One to three years of experience in IT Operation Support related position, preferably in a large IT Industry.

PTS0005 - CHIEF METALURGIST

Mandatory Requirements for this position:

Qualification:
• A tertiary degree in Metallurgy or relevant engineering discipline and a minimum often years in the mining and mineral processing industry in a supervisory level position is essential.
• Certified of Competency for Middle Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR.
• Proven knowledge of mineral processing, particularly in grinding and base metals beneficiation techniques is essential.
• Proven track record in technical project evaluation, management and control is essential.
• Highly developed problem solving, analytical thinking and creative thinking skills are essential.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are essential. Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability or willingness to acquire good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia language.
• Technical knowledge of mining/processing processes and systems
• Broad understanding of geology, mining and processing technical issues and operating processes/systems.
